| *Our cancellation policy provides that once you place a deposit and reserve a week on Seabird, you're asked to sign the contract to lease and agree to pay the full rental amount 60 days prior to your check-in date. If you must cancel before the 60-day window, a $250 administration fee (which may be credited towards a later booking) will apply and the remaining $250 is returned to you. If you must cancel within the 60-day period, we aggressively attempt to re-book your week. At that point, you have already paid your rental amount and have signed a contract with Seabird. Most of the time, we are successful in re-booking cancelled weeks, however, this is not guaranteed. If we are unable to re-book your week, then you are responsible for the rental amount and your $500 deposit will be returned. |
